Since July this year, the area surrounding Bruges has been the setting for a new sculpture route called Àmare. This is an initiative of entrepreneur Luc Beke and curator Annelies Ysebaert of the eponymous Gallery Ysebaert.
This route takes you, by bike, on foot, or with the nostalgic boat the Lamme Goedzak, through the surroundings of Bruges and Damme where you will come face to face with more than 25 sculptures. The renowned artists, Belgian or International in origin, each in their own way bring their art closer to the people. In Gallery Ysebaert in Sint-Martens-Latem you can discover a number of works by participating artists during late summer.
We would like to welcome you to Gallery Ysebaert to discover a wide selection of artworks by Yves Velter, Catherine Thiry, Marius Ritiu, Willem Boel, Atelier Van Lieshout, Stefaan Van Biesen, Athar Jaber and Katleen Vinck.
