Lives in Jerusalem, Israel. Works in Jerusalem, Israel.

Born in Israel in 1971, Azoulay lives and works in Jerusalem. He received both his BFA and MFA from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design Jerusalem. Azoulay's works has been exhibited around the world, including shows in New York, London, Tokyo, Paris and Rome. In 2011 Azoulay had his first major museum show at the Tel-Aviv Museum of Art. His work was featured at Frieze art fair, London and is in major privet and public collections. Azoulay is the recipient of the “Morasha” award from the Tel Aviv Museum of art and The “Mozes” Prize from the Jerusalem Artist house.
