J&B Collective was founded in Rotterdam in 2015 by Jacob van der Zwan and Bert Frings. The artist duo sees the street as a mirror of society, where everyday life, beauty and creativity converge. From this perspective, they explore the visual language of the urban environment and the hidden dynamics of daily life. Through video installations, sculptures and their distinctive bin bag paintings, they bring the subconscious layers of urban culture to the surface, revealing the creative and social forces that shape the cityscape.
