About CHAxART Gallery
Founded by the new generation of Chinese immigrants, CHAxART operates as both a gallery and an intercultural playground, placing a specific emphasis on emerging overseas Chinese artists. Simultaneously, it actively engages in collaborations with local European artists, fostering cross-cultural artistic creations. CHAxART Gallery is dedicated to enriching the multi- and cross-cultural landscape of the Netherlands by providing a more diverse and vibrant range of art content and themes that are pertinent to contemporary China.
CHAxART reinvents the process of bonding and integration through the lens of art, craft, and design, building and sustaining a cross-cultural community. The space commits to coordinate a discourse that embraces common ground while acknowledging disparities by rooting itself in the all-important space in-between.
