Aristotle Roufanis (b. 1983, Athens, Greece) is a visual artist whose work focuses on patterns, textures, and human interactions defined by the condition of urban life and architecture. Fascinated by how humans build the environments they live in, he has travelled the world extensively, creating images that combine meticulous digital editing with a very personal artistic vision. He has completed the MA Fine Art Digital course at Camberwell College, University of the Arts London, and he received the Liberalis Art Award during his studies. His work has been exhibited at Miami Photo Festival, Zeitz MOCAA Cape Town, the Beijing Photo Biennale, the Copenhagen Photo Festival, the Royal Academy of Arts in London, and other places around the world. Aristotle was one of the selected artists for Transeurope 2019, a European platform for photography and the visual arts. Publications include Wired, Der Spiegel, Arte, The Art Newspaper, British Journal of Photography, Artsy, Creative Review, Cheese! by Konbini, Petapixel, the Best of Behance and many others. His works are placed in private collections internationally. He is the founder of Worksofar creative studio, through which he has successfully completed projects for Bentley, CN Tower, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.
