We present a wide selection of works from the just-opened solo exhibition Charlotte Schleiffert | NATURECULTURES. The artist received the ROOF-A Art Award 2025 last Saturday and gained international acclaim for her direct drawings and paintings in bright colors, imposing formats and unconventional use of materials. The protection of the living, and the equality of man and nature play a central role in her work. From Aline Thomassen we present the meter-sized acquarelles to the smaller works, where every color, every mark on the skin has meaning. Some colors are more dark. Others diffuse light. Aline Thomassen descends within herself to the unspeakable feeling she wants to portray.
