Gerben Mulder is back at MPV Gallery with a series of expressive floral bouquets in vases. His bouquets sparkle with energy. Each pencil stroke - which is most often a petal or a leaf - exists separately, suspended in space, like a kind of exclamation point. The result is a vibrant painting - an explosion of paint, brushwork and cheerful flowers.
