Galerie Ron Mandos is delighted to participate in the first edition of Art Island, taking place from Thursday March 3 to Saturday March 5, 2022.
Inside the underground bunkers of Fort Island, Galerie Ron Mandos shows a new video work by Jacco Olivier of an active volcano. This video is an animation of at least 100 painted mountains in which each image shows a slight change in movement. Olivier photographed each painting and assembled them on his computer into an astonishing film that grabs us and doesn’t let go. Watch a teaser of the film Saint Victoire below.
