When the world was created, there was only night and the sea. Back then, it was very difficult for humans to work because there was only darkness. The first people decided to speak with the
goddess of the sea, who fed them fish from her waters, to find a solution since it was so hard for them to live in the dim light.
The goddess of the sea, who was very intelligent, looked up at the sky and saw that a large black veil covered everything. This goddess took rocks and corals from the ground and decided to
throw them into the sky with such force that they managed to pierce the black veil, creating small holes in the fabric. The holes in the fabric let in the light that was behind it, and these bright
holes were called stars.
Humans raised their heads to look at the sky; they had never seen light before. The radiance of these stars was so bright, so impressive, that it left a mark in the eyes of human beings. That
mark is what we now know as pupils. This is how humans first saw the stars in the night, and the sky began to be populated with celestial bodies and planets.
