Saïd Kinos draws on typography and visual communication to explore the point where language becomes image. In this work, grey letterforms overlap and shift across a luminous silver ground. Their layered, almost architectural appearance makes the words difficult to read at a glance, inviting viewers to look at their shapes, rhythm and colour as much as their meaning. A few vivid yellow-green marks interrupt the restrained palette.
