For the exhibition Insight Whisperer, trans-disciplinary artist Ola Lanko invites you to embark on the quest for meaning and insight. She will take the role of an insight whisperer facilitating a conversation with your rational and irrational self. The exhibition is a quest for individual and collective insight. Playful exploration of materiality translated into abstraction.
Creating together with the help of the invisible forces, Lanko points out the inability to understand the world only through its materiality. Taking a single object as a point of departure, the artist expands and unfolds our understanding of it. The presented series of abstract, intuitive, and contemplative works is a collection of insights to be made by the viewer. Ola Lanko invites you to expand existing maps to navigate the world, rejecting fixed models of reality, provoking personal discovery and transformation by marrying senses and rationality.
The exhibition features the artist's most recent research in which she is looking for a crossover between metaphysics, new spirituality, agnosticism, materiality, and the real. The transdisciplinary character of the exhibition is reflected in photographic works, sound, aroma and intimate conversations with the visitors in search for their personal insight through questioning and self-inquiry.
