Jan Smejkal made collages on paper, on cardboard, on paintings - since 1978. His works tend to be more and more layered. One could hang on the wall one collage, but it is possible to hang in a hughe space ab. 1000 two sided collages to build a gigantic labyrinth in which people could never stop looking at unexpected colors and compositions - made with ovals and oval like forms.
