The calm atmosphere in Lenghi’s work evokes a sense of stillness and serenity, as if time stands still. A moment, to free our thoughts and to look deep inside ourselves.
The concept of this coming body of works will be centered on the Japanese philosophy Wabi Sabi. The Wabi Sabi philosophy is connected to the Buddhist teaching of the three marks of existence specifically impermanence, suffering and emptiness or absence of self-nature.
Within is a beginning of a journey that invites us to see the beauty in imperfection, to discover that our unique flaws also can lead us to our greatest strengths and treasures.
