Pixel represents a large-scale drawing installation, with the monumental scale of 4 meters by 10, which consists of one thousand pieces of 20X20 cm. Each of these papers represents four pixels from an image which depicts a cloudy sky. So far nothing but a monumental image, but if you get closer, you will see that each pixel is drawn with tens of hand traced lines by using a ruler. This work, created by an absurd process, similar to a monk’s work, is questioning our capital glo- balized society, where the digital imagery appears instantly on our screens, while the manufacture of it seems today even more absurd, extending in time further and further. Also, the content of the drawn image represents the sky, our planetary limit as a specie, and it works also as a mystical curtain to what is further, the Universe itself.
