Exploring the Boundaries of Realism and Abstraction
Bas Coenegracht’s work is a masterful exploration of the human experience, straddling the line
between realism and abstraction, imagination and reality. His paintings, rooted in photographic
references and enriched by memory, delve into themes of liminality and human resilience. The
