Anya Belyat Giunta's current work is centred around the theme of the Secret Garden(s). The works reflect subjects that are dear to the artist: the enigma of existence, the unveiling of the visible, the intimate depths of our collective memory. She creates a real world, where the garden, as a heavenly paradise has an essential place.
In her series Strangers, her creatures are sometimes derived from specific mythological characters, such as Eugenia or Capucine, sometimes anonymous.
