JAAP KRONEMAN, Hemd, 2006
If you look at Jaap Kroneman's oeuvre, clothing is a common motif. One time the garments are made of half plastic balls with flags printed on them, the other time he makes a white T-shirt from Styrofoam balls, stuck on a greased bare female upper body. It is a challenge to use the chosen material in a simple way. Here it is a screen print on paper that was taken to a sewing workshop.
