Unflatables is a new art collective that focuses on stacked inflatable figures. The plastic beach toys sold all over the world, which usually do not last longer than 1 summer, are transformed by Unflatables into monumental sculptures. It is a tribute to 'playing'. Like a child who, already in the second year of life, discovers how to stack one shape on top of the another. The magical moment when you let go of the stacked form and something completely new has emerged. The sculptures of Unflatables celebrate this euphoric moment and seal it with a real golden spout.
