Ema Vaneková (1999 Slovakia)
Works and lives in Tilburg & Sprang-Capelle.
Since finishing her bachelor of Fine Arts at St.Joost in ’s-Hertogenbosch in 2020, Vaneková has been working as a visual artist. In her paintings themes such as love, daily living, the wants and needs of a young woman and being at home are shown. The paintings often present a feeling of melancholy and time that has gone by.
Her works have been exhibited at the Noordbrabants Museum, Stedelijk Museum Breda, PARK, The Vincent van Goghhuis and the LAM Museum. In addition to her work as a painter Vaneková has also curated exhibitions in her own space “De Blauwe Dwaas” in Tilburg in the years 2021 and 2022 and currently organizes events such as auctions and exhibitions.
