Anouk Griffioen (born 1979, Enschede, the Netherlands) lives and works in Rotterdam. She studied at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam (1998–2002) and Art History at Leiden University (2004–2006).
She has presented solo exhibitions at Gallery Vriend van Bavink in Amsterdam with FORET (2020), at the Erasmus Gallery in Rotterdam with Natur (2018), and at TENT Rotterdam with Navigating the Imaginary (2016). Other projects include Metamorphoses at Mathilde C. Gallery in Paris (2016) and They Make the Path by Walking in Amsterdam (2015). Her work has also been shown at Art Rotterdam (2020) and is part of several public and private collections, including Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Griffioen received the Mondriaan Fonds Bewezen Talent grant (2016–2018) in recognition of her contribution to contemporary drawing.
In March 2026, she will open a major solo exhibition at the Kröller-Müller Museum, presenting new and recent works.
