Color, texture, shape is an experience that influences our perception and emotions, often in ways that are elusive in words. My work is an invitation to explore this creation of meaning and experience, challenging and redefining our ways of creation as an active and transformative force in our experience of reality.
My work is made of clay, glaze and recycled glaze (fired glaze processed into powder). Several layers of glaze, partly also thought circularly, are applied and forms a connection. It is by experimentation and learning to master the matter that I create opportunities to give the material its freedom. Matter rises above form and has a life of its own. A sense of colour, texture and shape you want to experience in all its relational complexity.
