À propos de KUBE gallery
KUBE is a contemporary art gallery committed to presenting urgent, thought-provoking practices by emerging and mid-career artists from Belgium and abroad. Founded on the belief that art can function as both a mirror and a lever, the gallery foregrounds work that navigates the intersections of the poetic, the political, and the deeply personal.
Based in Genk, a post-industrial city in Belgium’s Limburg region, KUBE draws on its unique geographic and cultural context to foster dialogue between local narratives and global concerns. Our curatorial program is driven by a desire to amplify voices that challenge dominant aesthetics and ideologies, with a particular focus on artists working across painting, installation, sculpture, and mixed media.
KUBE has built a reputation for its intellectually rigorous exhibitions, often accompanied by commissioned texts, publications, and collaborations with institutions, writers, and curators. We seek to create not only a space for artistic presentation, but a platform for sustained engagement and reflection.
KUBE aims to present works that encapsulate commitment to critical aesthetics and cultural relevance, spotlighting artists whose practices resonate across borders and disciplines.
