Sina Steiner is the founder of Studio Sina Steiner, based in Rotterdam. Her work lives between art and collectible design: one-of-a-kind sculptural objects made from clay, each shaped by hand and existing only once.
Color is at the center of her practice, especially her signature blue. She is drawn to how color can shift the feeling of a room, quietly and completely.
Her sculptures inhabit spaces organically: mounted on walls, placed on surfaces, or in the case of the Drops, balanced on the edge of a shelf where gravity becomes part of the composition. As light shifts throughout the day, shadows travel across their surfaces.
Each piece holds a frozen movement, a small flash of joy. Made to live with people, in form, light, and color.
