In a world of bigger, ongoing growth and megalomania, the importance of the concentration and intimacy that small work can possess is often underestimated.
We want to show that modest works can touch and move us, and can also be very concise and even wall-filling.
That is why we started in 1996 with the regularly recurring exhibition 'Small Works', a playful changing exhibition, where the visitor can discover little gems. Small works in a variety of media and disciplines, with room for crossovers.
This 16th edition of Small Works takes place online. During the exhibition period, artists and works will be added, so that there is always a growing and lively exhibition on show.
